New Life Links Server Notice: Scheduled Maintenance

We will be switching the inbound mail services (IMAP & POP3) to a different software program within the next few days. This change is being performed to improve the performance and reliability of inbound mail checking.

The switch will be virtually instantaneous and no email data will be lost. You will not need to make any changes to your New Life Links account or your email configuration. The vast majority of users will not even notice this switch and it will be completely seamless. However, due to variations in email clients (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.) you may be required to re-download all of your stored email after this switch is completed. If this happens to you, please allow your email client to re-download this mail normally as it will only need to be done once.

We do apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused if you are one of the few that needs to re-download their email. If you have any questions or concerns about this notice, please feel free to reply to this email directly and a ticket will be opened up automatically in our help desk.
